(Photo by Apichit Jinakul)Travellers using Don Mueang have been advised to spare additional time to go to the airport due to the construction of the bridge linking the compound. The advisory came after traffic congestion on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road outside Don Mueang since the closure of the bridge on Monday for renovation. The heavy traffic could cause passengers to miss their flights and the bureau said it will assign special immigration lanes at Don Mueang for travellers arriving late at the airport. Don Mueang is the hub of domestic and international flights for low-cost airlines.
